Stakeholders unite for sustainable waste management in Kampala
Kampala Capital City Authority officials are meeting with key stakeholders, including waste recyclers, handlers, and representatives from organizations such as the Uganda Manufacturers Association and the Kampala City Traders Association. The engagement is focused on forming partnerships to promote waste diversion for valuable reuse, ultimately striving to minimize the amount of waste that ends up in landfills and foster sustainable waste management practices across the city. David Ijjo is joining us live from City Hall, where the waste management stakeholders engagement is taking place right now, and has more details.
