Traffic constable commended for guiding traffic in heavy downpour
The Inspector General of Police, Abas Byakagaba, has commended Abdallah Tusiime, a traffic constable attached to Mawanda Road police station, for his enthusiasm and commitment while on duty. This comes after Tusiime was filmed guiding traffic during a heavy downpour last Friday, with the video going viral. According to the police spokesperson, Kituuma Rusoke, Tusiime exemplified the dedication required by the force. The matter left a smile on Tusiime's face.
