Why UPE schools registered improved performance in PLE
In the recently released PLE results, schools under the Universal Primary Education (UPE) have registered an improvement in previous performance.
However, the Uganda National Teachers' Union General Secretary, Filbert Baguma, says schools that charge extra fees are the ones registering this kind of performance.
