NTV has caught up with Victoria Kabatoreine, who was dragged through the mud by police officers after being arrested in Mbarara City. She narrates her ordeal, saying what she went through is not right, as police officers have always called her to report to the station whenever they wanted to question her about the long-standing land dispute.
