Swimming: Uganda wins Africa Zone 3 competition
Ugandan swimmers emerged champions at the eighth Africa Aquatics Zone 3 Championships that ended yesterday in Rwanda. Uganda gained 3,206 points from both the male and female participants who also garnered individual medals. Defending champions Tanzania emerged second with a total of 2,753 points while Kenyan swimmers were third. The event that started on Thursday was graced by 10 African countries.
