The Opposition National Unity Platform is stepping up its legal fight against the UPDF Amendment Act of 2025 by filing fresh bail applications for detained supporters, arguing that the new law, which allows civilians to be tried in military courts, violates the Constitution and the recent Supreme Court ruling.
