LOP says Ham Kiguddu’s project needs vetting by parliament

The National Unity Platform Party is displeased at the way the President allowed businessman Ham Kigundu to build on top of the Nakivubo Channel. They allege that the president used his discretion in allocating the land , ignoring the concessions and rules. Raymond Tamale spoke to NUP’s Joel Ssenyonyi .
