OIL AND GAS: Communities find their voice

For years, Africa’s natural wealth has fueled global markets, but local communities often see little of the benefit. In Uganda, a citizen-led platform is changing that, giving communities a voice in decisions around oil, gas, and minerals, and holding governments and investors accountable. Betty Ndagire reports.
