Family of Late soldier still fighting for UGX 160 million pension decades later

It has been over three decades since the death of Lt. John Patrick Gumananye, a soldier who served in the Uganda National Liberation Army (UNLA) and the National Resistance Army (NRA). However, for his seven children, the pain has never subsided due to the protracted struggle to obtain his pension, now reportedly worth over 160 million shillings.
