Presidential candidates sign MOU to reject violence, hate speech during campaigns

The Electoral Commission has called on all presidential candidates, supporters, and stakeholders to be law-abiding, avoid hate speech, and respect each other. The call came as the presidential candidates agreed to a harmonized campaign programme by signing a memorandum of understanding. Meanwhile, the presidential candidates have challenged security agencies to respect all candidates and avoid interrupting their campaigns.
