Statewide Insurance Company is rolling out a new product: a dog insurance policy for dog owners. This comes at a time when the number of dog owners in Uganda has been steadily rising. According to Hamza Mutebe, the Swico Chief Executive Officer, the new policy has been approved by insurance regulators.
