Religious leaders have urged the government to use religious structures to promote peace and development in the country.

Speaking during a national conference validating a five-year program by the Joint Initiative for Strategic Religious Action, religious actors highlighted the benefits of working in harmony to promote unity, particularly in areas such as development, fighting corruption, and other vices that impact society.
