The Church of Uganda has elected Associate Professor Grace Lubaale as the new Bishop of Busoga Diocese this week. From volunteering in the church during his early days to now becoming the head of the diocese, Bishop-elect Lubaale says he intends to strengthen evangelism, promote good governance, and focus on capacity building, among other goals.
