NTV, partners launch Youth Skills Festival at Makerere

Young people remain both Uganda’s greatest asset and its most urgent policy challenge. The International Labour Organization reports that in 2023, approximately 64.9 million young people aged 15–24 years were unemployed worldwide. It is against this backdrop that NTV Uganda, in partnership with Startup Africa, State House, the Ministry of Agriculture, and the UPDF, is holding the Youth Skills Festival at Makerere University on 31st October 2025.
