FDC’s Mafabi promises to stop soldiers from managing fishing

Forum for Democratic Change party presidential flag bearer Nandala Mafabi has pledged to establish a local committee to oversee fishing activities on lakes, saying the role should not be left to the army. While campaigning in Namayingo District, Mafabi said the new system would protect livelihoods and promote fair management of lake resources.
