Museveni calls NUP leadership ‘shallow and bogus’

The National Resistance Movement chairman and presidential candidate, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, has described the leadership of the National Unity Platform as shallow and bogus for failing to identify their members. Museveni made the remarks after noting that the person who was set to contest against the Speaker of Parliament for Woman MP Bukedea, is her relative but chose to step down. He was speaking in Bukedea, where he held campaigns seeking his seventh term as president.
