Ssenyonyi rallies fellow MPs to speak up on arrests by security

Joel Ssenyonyi’s remarks come at a time when the police, through its spokesperson Kituuma Rusoke, stated on Monday that all arrests were made according to proper police procedures for apprehending suspected criminals.
