Storm devastates crops and livestock in Kapchorwa

Residents say the Saturday incident is the first of its kind in the area in recent times. Some of the affected farmers had acquired bank loans to finance their farm projects, but they are now worried they could face legal consequences from their lenders. They want the central government to intervene and rescue the situation.
