To enhance service delivery, NITA Uganda is proposing digital identifications and signatures, which are one of the biggest time-consuming tasks in government agencies, as time is lost in the movement of paperwork. The new electronic signatures and identifications are a step towards consolidating data among different Ministries, Departments and Agencies.
