The Anti-Corruption Court in Kampala has remanded the Human Resource Manager of the Uganda Police, Eldard Mugume, after he pleaded not guilty to six counts of abuse of office contrary to section 10(i) of the Anti-Corruption Act. NTV’s Sudhir Byaruhanga reports.
