Unfulfilled presidential pledges: Sebei leaders threaten to withdraw support for NRM

The National Resistance Movement leaders in the Sebei Sub-region in eastern Uganda have asked President Museveni to fulfill the pledges he has made over the years if the NRM is to remain strong in the area. They claim that presidential pledges, such as improving the welfare of athletes and addressing boundary conflicts between the Sabiny and Bagisu, are still pending many years after Museveni promised to address them.
