Tiktoker remanded over Museveni posters

The Entebbe Magistrate’s Court has charged and remanded 28-year-old TikToker Ngabo Vincent, a Rwandan national, for burying a campaign poster of President Museveni and making hate speech statements. Ngabo has pleaded guilty to the charges related to his actions against the President. In the absence of a state prosecutor, he is scheduled to return to court for further proceedings on October 17th this year. Kamana Ivan Walunyolo was present in court and now reports.
