NRM says ready for presidential nominations

President Museveni is set to be nominated next on Tuesday, 23rd September 2026. This will extend his nearly 40-year rule by another five-year tenure. NRM party Secretary General Richard Todwong says all is set for the nomination process at the new Electoral Commission head office premises in Lweza-Lubowa, Wakiso District.
