The Higher Education Students' Financing Board has announced that they will suspend the provision of student loans to learners seeking to join Universities and Colleges in the academic year starting in August. This followed budget cuts in the education sector that have seen increased pressure on the board to live within its means. What does it mean for those seeking Higher Education this year?
