15 million dollar tyre facility to reduce importation
Uganda has its third tyre manufacturing plant now with heavy trucks and motor cycle tyres added to the list of locally available rubber. Officiating at the inauguration of the new factory in Buikwe district, State minister for finance in charge of investment, Evelyn Anite said this is one more step on the import substitution journey.
