KCCA directive renders ghetto youths jobless
Street youths venturing into sugarcane hawking business around Kampala are worried after KCCA issued a directive to take them off the streets to keep the city clean. The execution of the directive has so far lasted for 2 weeks which the street youths say is affecting them greatly, many reconsidering reverting to their old ways of earning. .
