Airlines, including Uganda Airlines, await license renewal
Airlines operating in any jurisdiction must be licensed to do so. The Civil Aviation Authority has 30 days to respond to five operators, including Uganda Airlines, who sought license renewal. The national carrier is now self-funding by more than 60%, aiming to eventually become self-sustaining.
