Regional leaders root for a single African-led process
Regional leaders are counting on a single African-led process to restore peace in the war-torn Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. The African Process is a result of a merger of the Southern African Development Community-led Luanda Process, and the East African Community-led Nairobi Process, both of which were established to find solutions to the conflicts in eastern DRC. The East African Secretary General, Veronica Nduva in an exclusive interview with NTV's DANIEL KIBET, noted that the latest step taken by regional leaders could be the ultimate solution to the problem in Eastern DRC that has dragged on for decades.
