Analysts: Opposition walkouts should be case-by-case
Political analysts have weighed in on the continued move by opposition legislators to walk out of Parliament whenever controversial bills are being handled. This follows the boycott of the debate on the UPDF Amendment Bill, along with the Political Parties and Organisations Amendment Bill, yesterday.
