Clean water source reduces waterborne diseases at Arua health centre
Health workers at Bondo Health Centre IV in Arua District have reported a decline in cases of waterborne diseases following the introduction of a clean water source that serves both the facility and surrounding communities. The health facility, which previously faced challenges due to a lack of clean water, relied on water fetched from nearby streams, compromising the quality of service delivery, including maternal health care services.
