Family appeals for government help to repatriate deceased migrant
The family of Milly Namutamba, who is said to have died in Saudi Arabia, is imploring the central government to help repatriate her remains back home so she can be accorded a decent burial. This follows a court ruling last evening that awarded her family a 250 million shilling fine for the company that took her to Saudi Arabia in the first place. However, advocates for migrant workers' rights say this is insufficient and maintain that the government should be held more liable.
