Father blames anti-malarial drugs after boy goes deaf
Imagine being treated for malaria and suddenly, you cannot hear anymore. That is the predicament that nine-year-old Christopher Muweereza finds himself in today after falling sick in February. The Primary Two pupil of Musana Nursery and Primary School in Iganga did not attend the second term. His father Fred Kangaawo is still desperately seeking a solution for his son's sickness which is suspected to be a side effect of the anti-malarial drugs.
