Gov't launches youth skilling program in Eastern Uganda
The government has started piloting another program in eastern Uganda to empower the youth economically and also address the issues of unemployment among the youth in the country. The skilling program will begin with the training of at least 100 selected youths across the Teso sub-region at Busitema University Arapai Campus before it is rolled out throughout the country by 2027.
