Principal judge cautions judicial officers on granting bail to suspects
Dr. Flavian Zeija, the Principal Judge, has warned judicial officers in Bugisu, Teso, Karamoja, Sebei, and Busoga not to grant bail to suspected criminals without following due process. He states that such suspects can become dangerous to society and to the judicial officers themselves.
