Jubilation as 191 UPDF officers retire in Pader
It was excitement and jubilation at the UPDF 5th Division headquarters in Pader District as 191 UPDF officers retired from the force. The retiring soldiers, who will receive a retirement package, were led by a brass band as they marched out of the military facility.
