Kanungu authorities seek government aid for road and bridge repairs
Authorities in Kanungu District are appealing to the central government to intervene and help with rehabilitation works on some bridges and roads that were recently ravaged by heavy rains. The appeal came after the district experienced heavy rains in August and September last year, destroying several bridges and roads and disrupting transportation in the area.
