Kasese tops Uganda in child stunted growth
A recent UNICEF report reveals that Kasese District has the highest rate of stunted growth among children in Uganda, surpassing all other districts. While the national average for stunted growth is 25%, Kasese's rate stands at 40%. Notably, Karamoja, which has historically shown poor results, now reports a stunted growth rate of 36%.
