Maj Gen Paul Lokech is dead
Army and police officials are meeting to decide the burial arrangements of the Deputy Inspector General of Police Major General Paul Lokech, who died at his home in Kira on Saturday. Speaking to NTV, the UPDF spokesperson Brigadier Flavia Byekwaso said Lokech is suspected to have died from a blood clot, but are waiting to confirm the matter. Byekwaso added that the general had been nursing a fracture following a fall at his home.
