Moneylender shot dead by policeman
Kampala Police is hunting for a constable said to have shot a businessman dead. The businessman, a money lender of Asian origin, Uttam Bhanderi, had been operating in Kampala. According to sources, one of his borrowers failed to agree with Bhanderi on how much he was meant to pay back in interest, after defaulting on the loan.
