NUP supporters stage procession in Masaka awaiting Kyagulanyi's arrival
Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, the president of the Opposition National Unity Platform, and his team are traveling to Masaka City, where they will address a mobilization rally later today. Kyagulanyi's team is moving at a slow pace because of the multitudes of people who block the road to cheer them on. Meanwhile, in Masaka City, NUP supporters and the party's national mobilization chairman, Fred Nyanzi, have staged a procession as they wait to receive Kyagulanyi. Some supporters have blamed the security personnel for allegedly allowing some goons to attack them.
