Rape and trafficking case against officer flops due to missing witnesses
The rape and aggravated trafficking case against police officer Gilbert Bwana has flopped after it emerged that the witnesses in the case cannot be traced. Appearing before Justice Alice Komuhangi, Chief State Attorney Joseph Kyomuhendo informed the presiding judge that the Office of the DPP is still trying to locate the witnesses, especially the victim, who has yet to be found.
