River Nyamwamba floods claim two lives in Kasese
At least two people are dead after River Nyamwamba once again burst its banks and aggressively invaded several villages in Kasese Municipality. The incident left houses in Nyamwamba division submerged, with the waters destroying property and displacing several people from their homes. The most affected areas include Base Camp Lower, Mumbuzi, Kisanga, and Saluti in Nyamwamba Division.
