Save the Children boss wants schools reopened
The country Director of the Save the Children Uganda Brekia Van Lith (BREKIA VAN LITH) has asked stakeholders in the education sector to consider opening schools to all learners as it is the only way of protecting the children from the problems they continue to face as a result of schools being closed.
She spoke at an event to launch teachers' professional development in Bundibugyo, a program aimed at ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities.
