Teso politicians raise funds to keep girls in school
A section of politicians across the Teso sub-region have contributed 22 million shillings to back the completion of a girls' dormitory at Awalwal Primary School in Soroti District. The fundraising is part of an initiative by Soroti City East Member of Parliament Herbert Ariko to support learning outcomes there.
