UNBS says some retailers alter expiry dates
The Uganda National Bureau of Standards has cautioned traders against alternating expiry dates of different commodities. According to Sylvia Kirabo, the Spokesperson of the Uganda National Bureau of Standards, some business owners across the supply chain have resorted to changing expiration dates when they realize that products on their shelves are about to expire or have already expired.
