World Bank approves $130.8M for Koboko-Yumbe-Moyo road
In September 2020, the World Bank approved a US$130.8 million (approximately UGX 480 billion) grant from the International Development Association (IDA) for the tarmacking of the 105 km Koboko-Yumbe-Moyo road. Once completed, it is expected to transform the region's infrastructure and improve trade with neighboring countries like South Sudan.
