Hamis Kiggundu reflects on Nakivubo stadium delays
City businessman Hamis Kiggundu has blamed the Covid-19 pandemic among other economic issues for delays in the completion of the Nakivubo War Memorial Stadium. The stadium, among the oldest in Uganda, was in a dilapidated form until 2017 when the businessman was tasked to rebuild it in a controversial lease agreement.
