SPORTS MINISTRY: Hamson Obua hands over to Peter Ogwang
Former State minister for Sports Denis Hamson Obua has handed over office to his incoming colleague Peter Ogwanga at a function presided over by the minister of education, science and Technology Janet Museveni at State house in Nakesero.Obua who moves on as the government chief whip handed over eight major files to his incoming colleague and asked him to crack the whip on sports administrators who fail to account for government funding.
