The Uganda Law Society is set to hold its Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on 17th September 2025. In December 2024, High Court Judge at the time, Musa Ssekaana, halted the Uganda Law Society’s Extra-Ordinary Meeting, which had been scheduled for 17th December that year. The applications that led to this decision were filed by Pheona Wall and Hashim Mugisha.
