A senior Corporate Affairs Officer at the Uganda National Oil Company (UNOC) says the company has, to date, supplied 2.6 billion litres to 103 licensed marketers between January 2024 and June 2025. By March 2025, UNOC had imported and delivered 1.9 billion litres of fuel (petrol and diesel) over the previous eight months, primarily through ports in Kenya and Tanzania. Rachel Nabisubi reports.
